Delivery Coverage and Processing
1. Delivery Coverage: BX5 delivers products across India. We serve all major cities and a wide network of Pin Codes nationwide. Deliverability to your specific Pin Code is confirmed at the time of order placement.
2. Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically dispatched within 48 working hours of receipt. Once shipped, delivery by our logistics partner generally takes 2 to 10 working days. Customers in major metros such as Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad can typically expect delivery within 3 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or public holidays.
Delivery and Contact
1. Delivery Issues: If you have not received your order within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer support team at help@bx5health.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
2. Unserviceable Pin Codes: We verify deliverability to your Pin Code at the time of order placement and thereafter. If your PIN code becomes unserviceable after your order has been placed, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund for prepaid orders within 48 hours.
3. Order Verification: For orders where the total value exceeds ₹5,000, our customer care team may contact you directly to verify the order before it is dispatched.
Shipping Fees and Special Cases
1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: An additional ₹70 shipping fee applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at help@bx5health.com and refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that our delivery partners are not authorised to handle such cases at the point of delivery.
Order and Address Handling
1. Address Accuracy: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct Pin Code, at the time of placing your order. Orders and delivery addresses cannot be modified after the order has been placed. Each order is shipped to a single specified address.
2. Order Cancellation: In exceptional circumstances, BX5 may need to cancel an order due to unserviceability or stock issues. Full refunds for prepaid orders in such cases will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.
Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products
1. Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery arrangement.
2. Multiple Products: Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. This may slightly extend the overall delivery window.
International Shipping
1. International Availability: BX5 ships internationally to select countries including the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
